Instructions for Vendors
To be a vendor at Bethany`s Christmas Bazaar, your application must be submitted no later than November 17, 2017, and contain the following:
  • Table rental fees (payable to Bethany Baptist Church)
    • Mail or drop-off cheques to Bethany Baptist Church (Attention: Cia Savage)
  • Photos/Description of craft/items being sold
  • Proof of Liability Insurance (minimum of 2 million)*
A Selection Committee will review all applications to make sure requirements are met.  Vendors will be chosen based on photographic representation/items being sold.  Those vendors chosen will be contacted by phone/email no later than November 20, 2017.
* Liability Insurance can be obtained through your insurance provider or you can call Mantha Insurance at (613)-746-1450. They are offering a special rate of $99.60 (tax inc).
